It does not represent equity, shares, debt, options, securities, or any financial instrument regulated under UK law or by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Genesis Pass does not grant any right to dividends, profit-sharing, interest, revenue distribution, or financial returns.

2. No Expectation of Value or Resale

The Genesis Pass is sold solely for its immediate functional utility, conferring access to private community channels, educational materials, and ecosystem updates. SADEUS LTD explicitly disclaims any representations or guarantees regarding future market liquidity, secondary market pricing, or resale value of the Pass. Purchases should be made purely for utility purposes.

3. Digital Content & Finality of Sale

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing the Genesis Pass, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and services. You acknowledge that upon token allocation or digital access grant, your statutory right to cancel or request a refund is fully waived. All sales are final.

4. Technical & Third-Party Platform Risks

SADEUS LTD shall not be held liable for losses or service disruptions arising from:

• User errors, including lost cryptographic keys or incorrect wallet addresses.
• Blockchain network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, or protocol forks.
• Downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions on third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, or web hosting providers).
