Over the past month the project passed a key milestone: contracts for the main extrusion line were signed and the design of the raw material preparation area was completed.
Equipment
The first batch of equipment has been shipped and is in transit. It includes a crushing complex for high-density polymers, a drying chamber and a bamboo fiber dosing unit.
Patents and standards
The legal department has filed applications for two environmental patents related to the composite formula. Certification for fire resistance and emission standards is running in parallel.
Output plans
The design capacity of the first stage is 12,000 tons of composite per year. The first commercial batches are planned after the test line launch and formula validation.
